About QXM

Built by experts who work with the best in the industry.

QXM Pro is built from the ground up by the technology experts at QXM Solutions. This industry has been underserved by software companies for a long time, left without the tools it needs to maximize financial performance. We built QXM Pro to change that.

Purpose built for client success.

Fabrication is made to order. Every job demands something different from the business, and the numbers used to sell that work have always come from averages, because averages were the only thing available.

We came at it from a different direction, combining decades of experience in relational data and process design with years spent inside stone fabrication operations. The result is a platform that calculates what a job will actually require, before it is sold.

From the founder

Aaron MartensFounder and CEO, QXM Solutions

I spent years inside stone fabrication operations, many of them among the largest in the country, before I built QXM for this industry. Across all of them I kept running into the same thing: good operators, working hard, held back by tools that did not help them scale. The legacy systems were limited, and they could not give sales and operations the data either one needed.

The industry largely trades on square footage and fixed unit item prices, because that is how material is bought and how customers were trained to buy countertops. It is the wrong metric, and it leads to bad outcomes often enough that jobs run late and over budget and fabricators have a genuinely hard time growing.

I am committed to helping fabricators scale, by giving them access to data they have never had and advanced technology to run the business more profitably.

If you are trying to grow without adding cost and risk at the same rate, I would like to hear where it is breaking down. Reach out and it will come to me.

Three letters. The whole ambition.

QXM names a set of technologies that answer real questions about a stone fabrication business, and increasingly direct the operation toward a scalable and financially successful one.

QQualitative

Answers grounded in the specific conditions of the work rather than in averages. The quality of the input is what makes the output worth acting on.

XData platform

The models and the data architecture underneath everything. This is where prediction, measurement and recommendation live.

MManagement

Running the business on those answers. Pricing, scheduling, capacity and performance, managed against numbers you can trust.

Tell me how QXM Pro knows time

We are measured by what our clients achieve.

The business comes first

Before any software, we look at how the operation runs today and where it is losing time and margin. The plan follows from that rather than from a feature list.

Committed to client success

Our team knows the fabrication business. Every client gets a plan for how their change happens, and people alongside them throughout.

Outcomes decide it

Deployment is not the finish line. Margin held, dates met and capacity recovered are what count, measured in your own numbers.
